Ah that's cool ^_^ I'm trying out role playing. It sounds fun but I don't really have much experience with it. I've only done 2 role plays so far :3

Yeah, roleplaying is fun, as long as people don't power-play or god-mode. I've personally been in a lot of roleplays, but most of them died a few weeks, if not days, after I joined. I just hope that doesn't happen on here, cause that would be very disheartening.

Yeah I hope I don't kill my Roleplays with simple thoughts :C

I actually really want to join a roleplay, but I haven't found anything that I like, so far, and I'm too shy to post something in the requests. I mean, I have a lot of ideas, I've just never had anyone roleplay them. Not to mention that I don't do one on ones unless I actually know the person, otherwise I just feel too uncomfortable.

I've never done a group roleplay before. I feel like it's hard to keep up with... Maybe I should try it sometime :3

Well, in a group roleplay it helps if you're all in relatively close times zones. Then everyone is on at similar times and it moves forward faster. Also, if you're wanting it to not move too quickly, keep it under 10 people. Any more and it can sometimes get out of hand. Unless it's a school setting, because then you want a lot of people so that different things can be happening in different places.

Not on here. I actually started roleplaying on Tinierme, but I can't stand roleplaying with illiterate people, and most of the people on TM use chat speak when they RP. Which is the main reason I was so happy when my friend told me about this site. Now I just need to find some people willing to RP with me, figure out a genre and setting, and then I'll be good.

I see RPing like reading books. I wouldn't like to see chat speak in any of my books or RPs either~

Exactly! That's how I always explain roleplays to people. They're stories, with multiple people writing them. If you don't like reading books with flat characters, chat speak, and any other manner of unlikable grammatical error, don't use them.

Ahhh, yeah, living overseas is great but I love it here too because most of my family is here as well (and of course for the never ending sales :P). And I can't wait for Christmas either! My friends and I have planned the secret Santa thing and I'm excited to see who mine is and what I will be getting and how my receiver responds to my gift :)

LOL! We set a budget up for ourselves and its really quite minimal since not all of us have jobs. Its just fun going through the process of thinking what to buy and seeing the receiver guess who his/her secret santa is/was!
