Well One of my friends gets all moody when i say "i dont wanna web cam" With him. I have issues with the web cam, and he asks me every day. It gets soooo annoying very quickly, hes now not talking to me cuz I wouldnt web cam with him last night. I mean hello, i was about to watch a movie with my mom and dad after they where done skyping with my sister

just explain that you want to talk but you were busy yesterday and he shouldn't be so immature by ignoring you, and say 'if you're going to act like this, then so will i' x im not the best with advice, but thats what i would do
