Unfortunately Ling, I highly doubt it would help me.. Most of my problems are medical and whilst my family is supportive they can't really do much to motivate me. My non-internet friends are no help either; neither of them seem to remember I'm there most of the time. I also have little appetite and no money for healthy food or any activities in my area (social, athletic or otherwise) which does not help matters.
I will go join up though, thank you for giving me a link. I wish you the best of luck.

@sensia: I'm sorry to hear that you've so many obstacles. I'll tell you something, I haven't been following the program on that site exactly as 'prescribed' but I'm already seeing results, so I think if you can find cheaper alternatives to certain ingredients or food items then do so. :) Good luck to you too.
