Oooooh. Even that would be better than 4:30. :(
Yes, roos as in kangaroos! [:P] We didnt hit any, just chased them around in the car carrying on like drongos, nothing serious.
And its about the same here too I think. Doesnt get dark until about 5pm (give or take half an hour) over winter. And sometimes its light/twilight until nearly 9pm here in summer! |
Heh. I wanna chase kangaroos.
Same with our summer weather. When I was in Scotland though, it was still spring and the light lasted till 10pm or later when I was up north. Ahhhhh, it was so nice. But everything but the pub still closed at 5pm >.< |
Depending on the size of the kangaroo I wouldn't want to mess with the bigger ones...they can stand tall and kick you with their hind feet.
Heh. I think I've seen videos of that happening O.o
Personally I find emus scarier...I've also seen intimidating swans that walk right up to you with a menacing waddle with a look that says 'I'm gonna peck you!'
I've also seen pelicans chase people before, that's actually funny to watch if you're not the one being chased. Swooping magpies are annoying too |
Hah. I was totally attacked by a duck once as a kid. This one duck wanted the bread I was feeding the other ducks so he ran after me and my uncle had to shout at me to drop the bag.
Took me a while...but then again I was like 5. |
[rofl] I can imagine you doing that Woody! That would have been hilarious! [lol]
Koala's are worse .. those things come at you with their sharp claws growling and carrying on. Rip ya to shreds ;)
That's where drop bears come into play <.< >.>
Man. I was flailing and running, clutching that bag of bread so hard! My uncle I think was just half concerned/half amused by my plight. |
Its the possums you gotta be careful of though, those buggers are agile as all hell. Drop Bears, well, nuff said about them, theyre brutal! ;)
Oh don't I know it. And yet another ridic Woody story.... There was a rabid possum at my first grade birthday party. It slunk out from behind the house, and I thought it was my cat. Yaaah. Nope. It ran over, jaw flapping and hissing. My friends all screamed and jumped on the picnic table. I had to grab the broom that was near us (glad it was near by, as random as it is) and beat it off while yelling, "Someone get my mom and dad!!!" Hahaha. I beat it off and it ran off when the adults got there.
Thinking about it, we never called animal control. Whoops. |
your family and their brooms. sheesh
Right? This time a broom beating was warranted though.
And here I was thinking Woody just used her broom to fly everywhere like BadJelly! jellysundae: [lol]
XD Only if Jelly will fly with me! We'll cackle and fly through the night to get cha Droopy.
Yes, we would!! [illgetu]
Bwahaha! If I knew it was that easy to catch up with you guys in person, I'd have made that insult YEARS ago! [lol]
Hah. There yah go then. Just...don't expect us before Christmas. The flight by broom takes quite a bit. Travel over oceans is always hairy.
Thats ok, so are BadJellys legs I hear! [rofl]
[XP] Oooooh. Jelly's gunna get chooooooo! Haha
Wont be the first time, and I'm SURE it wont be the last hahaha! [lol]

Oooh. * zoom zooms over*
