I'd like to speak it. xD I really would. My uncle teases me a lot, though, because I really fuck up a lot. Sometimes I stumble over my own middle name and say it like with Ls instead of the Y-sound.

I am so so with spanish. I understand more than I can speak...or, I hesitate cause I question if I am right about certain things. I love like, hearing little kids going, "mira! mira!" all the time and jumping around getting their parents attention when they want something.

I watch this Spanish court show and there was Puerto Rican girl on there. She made me want to kill myself. We pronounce ll's like soft j's instead of y's but she was using hard j's so instead of saying ayuda like ajuda, she was all aJEWda. I facepalmed.

Yes, yes I would.

I sound very different speaking Spanish than I do normally. My voice gets much higher.

I noticed that with a lot of Asian speakers. Like, their voices get much lower when speaking English, at least on the shows I watch, then go high again when speaking their native tongue.

I sound waaaaaay girlier. It's weird.

Hahaha. Speaking of changing voices, my faux-professional voice is scary! it gets high and yah girly, and all perfect and guh. I hate it. but i slip into it automatically at work. BLEH!

I do the same thing unless I'm talking to my co-workers. Then I'm back to being a man and making "your mom" jokes.

What do you do? I know before you were interning, but what's your normal job, I feel like I should know it, but I can't recall cause you know.... that water. Tis potent in more than one regard.

I don't think my voice changes much.
I think I use "dude" a lot less when I have to be professional.

My boyfriend met my ex-husband the other day and both of them deepened their voice.
It was funny.

by the by, I was thinking about it, and Spanish spoken by Spaniards is uber lispy...but I understand it pretty clearly.

I read something in a book, though, that made me laugh because I've been guilty of it.
