Short but sweet version of why my day was ruined:

I was working in the deli alone today for about half an hour and it got really busy.
Some lady wanted all of the ham I had sliced already plus a whole ham sliced.
So, anyway, I took care of that and some other costumers before the lady came back.
Gave her her ham and said "have a nice day" and she asked me for some mustard packets.
So I gave her a handful and she said "I'm gonna' need more than that."
So I gave her another handful and she said "I'm gonna' need more than that."
I told her I couldn't give her anymore than that and she goes "I bought nearly 700 dollars in stuff from this deli last time."
And starts pulling out the receipt to show me again. Despite the fact that there was people standing at every station in the deli.

Anyway, I didn't give her anymore.
About twenty minutes later she shows up with one of the clerks from the front of the store.
A smug little twat-lipped smile on her face because we had to give her more mustard.

IF YOU NEED THAT MUCH FREAKING MUSTARD GO BUY A JAR!!

*goes off to watch a movie with the boy*
