hey Hummy, actually there was no 'funeral' it was more of a memorial. They did a private burial with just my uncle there.

And we actually were late so we missed the memorial and where there in time for the family reunion. ^.^' *laughs*

it was useless. I saw a bunch of relatives that I don't give a damn about and a bunch of people I didn't know. So I hung around an aunt and uncle that I hadn't seen in a few years. *shrug* I spent an hour talking about useless facts, in a poorly air conditioned room, meant for 30 people, that had 70 shoved in.

Codette ~~ well at least it is over and done with.
one good thing about my family reunions like that is the food.
italian know dram and FOOD ;p.
but sometimes it is not worth the drama to get the foodies '].

I wish. the building we were at, there were cold cuts, buns, and pickles. I drank a ton of lemonade though.

Codette ~~ the last one which i did not go, i heard all kinds of nasty things.
'oh, she packed away the food.'
'she had the nerve to pack up food to take home!'
*rolls eyes*
and these were between sisters talking about another of their sisters.
why do funerals or family get togethers for that matter, bring out the worst in people?

because people don't know how to be respectful when it's easy to see their flaws?
