Well it's two stories happening at the same time.

You start with the main character Wataru. He's a shut in trying to change himself (become more outgoing, more confidence in himself, etc). He dreams making a violin better then his father. He also happens to fight these bad guys called Fangire.

Fangire can suck out the life energy from humans. They disguise themselves as humans. So Wataru goes about trying to stop them.

At the same time you're also seeing what happened 22 years ago with Wataru's father Otoya. The people he met, the person he fell in love with (and I assume is gonna be Wataru's mother's), etc.

So there are like parallels everywhere. Like Otoya had a violin student, whom he passed on the words "do as what you want to do" because she was miserable playing the violin. 22 years later, Wataru meets this student who has grown up to be a world famous archer and she in turn passes on the same knowledge Otoya told her to Wataru. Otoya also meets this girl named Yuri who works for an organization that hunts down Fangire. Wataru meets this girl named Megumi who works for an organization that hunts down Fangire. Turns out they're mother and daughter. :P Things come full circle all over the place.

And of course saving the world is a must in the story. 8D

It is. 8D I'm enjoying it. Not as much as W but this is nice.
