neh, anybody know how to treat for recurring nightmares? I'm gonna go hysterical from lack of sleep one day...and i'm scared it's gonna be in the middle of school. I've had a bunch of close calls already >.>

I'm not sure if this'd work but if you found a good way to analyse the nightmare, like a dream analysis book or something (I just happen to have one of those) and use that to find out what the cause of the nightmares are then you may be able to stop the recurring nightmares at the source.

@Seito: they told me to describe a nightmare so i described the most recent one...and ended up creeping them out :sweat: |
