It's one title. But Earl and Fairy doesn't deal with changelings. (Just fairies in general.)
I don't know of a manga off the top of my head that deals with just changelings.

Haha yeah. The manga is complete (but it sounds like the light novels which is the original material go longer.) There's also a anime but I haven't looked too much into the anime/light novels.

It was an interesting but okay manga. Cute but I didn't obsess over it?

Yeah. xD Well I honestly don't know if I like the current arc. (Well I like the fighting but no so much backstory with gate and eclipse and whatnots) I dunno. Time jumps make me iffy
