Just working on the outline. Gonna start writing it on Nov 1st when Na No Wri Mo starts. I'm pretty excited about it actually.

Oh! lol. Yeah I think I have the main characters down. Maybe going to add one or two more antagonists, but there is a motley crew of half a dozen characters.
