@ Monsieur Hatter: I saw your fresh meat thread and found it so whimsical that I had to come meet you for myself. ^^;

"What a honored, mademoiselle. Merci, I am glad you came by.", Hatter smiled, bowing to the new guest. His hat in his gloved hand as his other rested at his side.

"Would you like some tea? Or maybe a snack?", he asked, standing up once again.

"Enchantée," she replied with a smile and inclination of her head. "I'll have some tea if it isn't too much trouble..." she answered with a slight blush.

"Oh~, vous palez le Français?", Hatter asked, before nodding his head. Smiling, "No, no trouble at all. It is never trouble to serve such a bel mademoiselle.". He chimed, swiftly getting a tea cup and pot. Skillfully making the tea for the miss. Once done, he placed it in front of her.

"Careful, it is hot~.", the hatted male warned, winking.

"Certainement," Zig answered with a coy grin. She waited patiently as as the gentleman poured her a cup of tea and set it before her, "Merci monsieur," she said lifting the cup from the saucer to warm her hands on.

"Your welcome and oh~, certainly the miss says~.", Hatter chuckled.

"Oh, aussi, désolé for such the late reply. I was at school and had to quickly shut down my computer.", the male apologized.

Zig takes a sip of he tea, "Mmm, délicieux..." she comments with another smile.

"Oh, pas de problème monsieur," she replies, "I was off to work for a while myself."

"I am glad you think so, mademoiselle~.", Hatter chimed, grinning.

"And I see. I am glad then, I would hate to make a lady wait.", the male spoke, giving a playful wink.

"Comment-allez vous?", he asked, sitting down as well. Sipping his own cup of tea.

Whim smiled. "So how have you been Monsieur?" Whim stopped pouring herself a new cup of tea and slowly took small sips.

Smiling, Hatter slid the cup of sugar cubes and other sweeteners by the miss;

"I have been well. Sleeping a lot lately, for it seems I am getting sick again.", he sighed, not happy about such. Smiling soon again, the male asked, "Yourself? For I hope you are doing much better.".

Taking a nice plentiful hand of sugar, Whim poured everything into her cup and stirred slowly. "I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you aren't sick for too long," She replied. "That is simply the worse thing ever..." She lowered her voice, remembering horrible memories of being sick for long periods of a time.

"Myself?" Whim almost laughed. "Alright I suppose. A bit tired than usual. Probably from all the work and stress I have on my shoulders." She whispered as she poured even more sugar into her tea.

"Oh, Monsieur Hatter you look just dreadful! I hope you are not coming down ill..." she said as if horrified by the idea, "My fiancé had strep throat but he seems to be recovering nicely."

"Monsieur?" A young girl stepped into the room, looking around curiously, "Wow; I did not know you had such a thread like this! I hope you don't mind me dropping by like so," she smiled sheepishly.

Whimsical------------------

"Ah, stress. Something that loves to feed of students and working people~.", Hatter hummed, "I hope you are feeling better now, mademoiselle.". He smiled, chuckling as he noticed the miss had a sweet tooth. Hatter did himself and often used much too much sugar in his drinks. Though he did try not to with tea, since he does not want to ruin the taste.

"Oh, and I am no longer sick anymore. Knock on wood.", the male mutter the last part to himself, "But with finals and other items coming up, I think I would prefer being sick.". He added in, chuckling.

Zig-----------------------

"I look?-", Hatter asked, before noticing his attire. Chuckling, he shook his head. Bringing a gloved hand to pat the miss's.

"No, no. I am not sick. Er, well no longer sick.", the hatted male spoke, smiling sheepishly.

"And oh? I am glad your spouse seems well now. Nasty thing to have, I had it only once and never again, hopefully.", Hatter spoke, shivering at the idea.

Shadow------------------

"Mademoiselle! Of course I would not be minded if you keep moi and the others company here!", Hatter smiled widely, placing a gloved hand in front of the miss.

"Merci, but this is not really my place. It is mademoiselle Annette. I just serve teas and snacks here.", he grinned, before raising a brow, "Speaking of teas and snacks, would you like some?". The male asked.

She squirms a bit out of fright as he touches her hand but does her best not to show it. "I'm so very glad you are feeling better Monsieur." She takes a sip of her now cooled tea, "As am I and fortunately I seemed to have evaded his germs for I have not fallen ill myself. The doctor told me the sickness was contagious so I am very fortunate."

Seeing her squirm, Hatter did not know to frown, or chuckle. Having a neutral face, he quickly walked off. Coming back a moment later changed.

"Is this a little more better for company?", he asked, a small smile on his lips.

"And yes, you are very lucky. Strep throat is very easy to get, epcially if you live in the same living area.", Hatter hummed, happy the miss had not gotten sick.

Zig was slightly confused when Hatter whisked away without a word but smiled wide when he returned. "Oui, merci monsieur," she replied with a blush, slightly ashamed with her cowardice. "Or if you've been kissing," she added to his explanation with a bit of a laugh, "Though I did not know he was sick at the time..."

Shadow smiled, taking his hand, "Nonetheless it is quite a lovely place," she praised. Her eyes lit up at the mention of snacks, "I'd be delighted Monsieur," Shadow grinned, taking a seat near the others, "I did hear you wer feeling rather sick though; I'm glad to see you looking better."

"Yes, that horrible parasite..." Whim scoffed. "I am thank you," She hummed. "Being able to visit the place I lived in my late elementary years -- before where I am now -- has caused me immense joy and also relieved me from my stress." She sung happily as a smile appeared on her face.

"Another sweet tooth?" Whim looked up. "I love things sweet, but just as do you Hatter I also don't like drowning out the wonderful flavors of tea I always enjoy." She giggled looking around the room. "Appears we have new guests..." She spoke, bemused, as she looked at new faces.

Whim gazed at Hatter in pity. "I would prefer that as well, finals are the worse. Takes too much out of us who work so hard." She whispered, shaking her head.

Zig --------------

"Or kissing!", Hatter chuckled, "And I hope so! Silly I would deem you if you had known.".

Shadow --------------

"Yes, much better. Though it seems I was still gone since school and stress attacked me. But with this holiday break I got, along with another coming soon, I feel much better.", he smiled, working on the miss's tea and making her a plate of some snacks.

Placing the tea and plate in front of Shadow, he chimed lightly;

"Would you like some sugar, honey, cream and, or any other kind of sweetener?".

Whimsical --------------

"Oh? Did you visit an old town you lived in?", Hatter asked, curious and happy that the miss seemed well.

"Two of the same coin we are then!", he chuckled lightly, grinning. "And yes, Annette and myself are graced with such good company, it seems.", the male added in, looking at their other guests.

"Yes...Finals are horrid.", Hatter sighed, before smiling, "But it is nice to think after this year, I will not have any more...Well, until college finals come.".

Zig nodded absentmindedly. "I see you have put up some Christmas fanfare. Don't you think it's a bit early?" she asked quizzically before finishing off her tea.

"Oui a little, mais I was bored.", he shrugged lightly, chuckling.

"Why? Do you not like it? Does it not look good?", Hatter asked, curious. Maybe the mademoiselle just did not like it?

"It looks good," Zig reassured him, "I'm just a bit of a Scrooge. I don't really partake in Christmasy things until at least December if not a few weeks before the holiday."

"Oh do not worry, so am I. But with being new, I do not have much to play with. So I just goofed with this.", Hatter chuckled, "And on top of that, it is more Halloween-y than Christmas-y.".

"Speaking of such things; don't you just hate it when they already start playing Christmas songs in the beginning of November? Bah, it gets my knickers in a twist every time.", the male ranted slightly, "I mean, if I hear any holiday songs, I wanna hear one about turkeys if it is in November!".

Hmmm I didn't realize so many people I knew hung out here...
