I think everyone should have a cheat day every now and then. Eat small for a while and then once or twice eat stuff you shouldn't. It will give a shock to your system for a while and make the body go " Oh, look. There's still more weight to lose!" and your metabolism will get a bit faster. Or so, some of my lady friends have said.

Nope didn't beat myself up. I was hungry and craving meat. I willingly ordered and consumed it. Though it was supposed to come with hashbrowns and I said no to those.
