Kasumi - Yeah, eventually the meds will no longer have the effect they do now and won't always work like this, but I give hope to my doctors that when it happens there's something else that can be done - like a stronger medication or something.

tigerangel 11-18-2013 04:10 AM

With advances in medicine all of the time, I'm hopeful they'll have something
that will help you when the time comes, Nugget.

McNugget 11-18-2013 04:12 AM

I hope so. Because without the meds I am currently on or whatever the doctors plan to give me in the future.... my health would be down the toilet.. Literally >________>

Kasumi 11-18-2013 04:12 AM

I gave up on doctors. Because 24 years ago the Army doctors gave me weight gain powders and drugs to help me build muscle mass. They almost killed me.

McNugget 11-18-2013 04:13 AM

OH MY GOSH O___O
HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?

Don't want your health to decline.
You'd better take good care of yourself.

McNugget 11-18-2013 04:23 AM

I'm trying my best to Tiger [=3]
It kind of sucks though that I'm told I might not make it past the age of 40. Like, dafuq? I want to live a longer life than that!

tigerangel 11-18-2013 04:26 AM

Why would they tell you that when you're so young now??
Hopefully there will be a cure/better meds long before you turn 40.

Kasumi 11-18-2013 04:27 AM

I have a fast metabolism. Even cold and sinus meds don't work so I have to switch brands at least once or twice during the winter. I wasn't at the ideal weight for my height so the doubled my food intake and a drug that slowed down my metabolic rate. It worked for awhile but my body countered and they switched me to something else. One night I got sick an my body temp. went a 105 degrees. I woke in the hospital to aftaid to eat.

I'm not that young. I'll be 20 in January. And if I'm going to have just 20 more years to live.. Well, I can see why they told me.

Kasumi - Woah. That had to be a bit scary!

Well, a lot can happen in 20 years.

Might as well live it to the maximum. It was and I still have nightmares.

McNugget 11-18-2013 06:01 PM

Tiger - I guess so. [XD]
Kasumi - I know this is slightly off subject.. But I heard people who tend to get a lot of nightmares are often more creative than those that don't.

tigerangel 11-18-2013 06:05 PM

@Nugget
You'd better keep up a positive attitude. [poke]

McNugget 11-18-2013 06:11 PM

Your hair looks blonde today.
Did you do something new?

McNugget 11-18-2013 06:25 PM

It's probably just because of the sunlight that it looks that way.

you're not supposed to go that soon.
We still need you til you're old and wrinkly and have gray hair [gonk]

McNugget 11-18-2013 06:32 PM

lololol well, maybe I'll live past doctor expectations and live past 40 [XD]
I am not so positive if I'll make it through my 50's though... With the way my health has been in the past, I'm expecting my body to break down bad when I enter my late 30's to early 40's

Oh okay. Please don't damage the epic shininess.
Sorry it too a while to reply. I made some chocolate cookie cups with a caramel
filling. Just put them onto the cooling rack.

I don't have them often. Just once in awhile.

Damage the epic shininess? Why would I do that? Or even HOW? What? [:?]

Oooooh cookies! Sounds better than what I'm making. I got a ham in the oven. Stuck several sliced up pieces of pineapple on it with toothpicks. I have some family coming over soon, so I hope they'll enjoy it.

Kasumi - Ohhh [:O]

tigerangel 11-18-2013 06:42 PM

Mhmm...bakes ham sounds yummy too.
I'll trade you some chocolate caramel cookies for a slice or two. [:)]

Kasumi 11-18-2013 06:47 PM

Yep I'm eating lunch. It isa turkey footlong with jalapenos, tomatoes, spinach, provolone, pepper jack, and sirachi sauce on whole wheat.
