How much sugar do you have to consume to get that way though?

Same. If I get hyper on sugar, I end up feeling exhausted after .
It doesn't take much sugar for me though, since I am sensitive to sugar... And caffeine.. And a lot of the ingredients you find in energy drinks and enhancers

Blech, I hate energy drinks. Iced coffees & sodas are more of my cup of tea, though I feel like caffeine has no effect on me, apart from getting a headache when I don't have it xD

coffees and teas are fine as long as there's a low amount to no caffeine in it.

It has no effects on me.
I'll even drink coffee before I go to bed.
I stopped caring about caffeine when I realized that it didn't help me wake up in the mornings.

Hot drinks help me wake up, whether it's tea, hot cocoa, or coffee!
