I was supposed to be 6 while I joined grade 1, but since it got messy because I was studying nursery in Japan at that time I believe year 1 starts at 7 in Japan, so the confusion >.<

I am so tall because it runs in the family! Dad is about six foot two or three. And mom is much shorter than me, but when she was growing up, she was considered the tallest girl in her classes.

I tower over mom o3o She's five foot six or so.

Hahaha! Nope! But you can tell that parts of our state had french naming schemes. I live in Des Moines. Which is pretty dang french. But it is pronounced 'duh moin' Looks dumb, spelled how it sounds.

@Zira - Did you have a sudden growth spurt during your teenage years or did you just grow slowly?

Even though I'm 5'4", which is short or average to other places, my height is considered above average here. I started growing when I was 7-10 years old. I remember one year where I grew 3 inches. lol I remember hating it then that I was one of the tallest in the class. Now I wish I could grow even just an inch taller.

I was.. middle height in my class, I guess. There were a lot of children who were very very short

Hearing people talk in a foreign language or in an accent, specifically western europe, makes me giggly or something. I could purr if I could.

I mostly grew during my early teens. Like, from eleven to thirteen I grew about a foot. I hit five foot eleven, and stayed there until highschool, and hitting six feet. But even before that, I was a tall kid.

The reason I'm six foot one, is because I'm growth spurting now.

I too would like to be taller. But just by an inch or two.... Though I'm possibly still growing.
