Short stories, mostly, and some things I'd rather forget about... I won't go into too much detail, as I'd like to keep my work life separate from my fun and social life.

It's not a glamorous profession, really, writing things. It's just as tedious as delivering the post, or washing windows, I figure. And you don't always get to write what you want to, or even what you feel is worth writing, often you just have to write what they want you to, if you want to eat and have a home.

Writing is like a lot of other jobs that people might consider awesome if they don't have to do them. It's what's left when you hold out for creative reasons, and wind up unqualified for anything else.

So I'm really good with words, I can tell a story, and entertain, but I'm no good for much else.

And what's underwear fairy about? Do you steal underwears, like the tooth fairy (Eli) tried to smash out teeth?

Oh, I was in the Wishing thread in the Events thingy, and I said if I got my wish I'd give away my underwear, and someone called me the Underwear Fairy, and it kind of stuck. I got these marionette strings and doll joints, and promptly went to the Intros and gave my bloomers to a naked newbie.

I intend to make a habit of bestowing free underwear on random people as I get enough to afford it.

Haha naaah, realistically I'd just show my face. Too much trouble to bother with keeping it covered at all times.

I'm not much of a camera person unless it's a friend or family taking the picture.

I don't like friends or family taking pictures, they never turn out in my favour and I end up doing something stupid.

I like to keep them too! We call it 'kombu' meaning horns, and people don't like having horns in their head, generally.

We call them 'rabbit/bunny ears' I like doing that to friends too, though not much lately...I just make the 'V' sign which is popular in pictures here because people don't know what to do with their hands otherwise.

@Lexadis - You mean, my abnormally long arm? My arms' length seems pretty normal in real life. It must've been the camera's angle or how we were positioned/seated or something. xD
Yeah, some of my friends doesn't like it when I do that to them, especially the girls because they want to look pretty and cute only to see my two fingers on top of their head.

@Antagonist - That's what a lot of girls do here too! The "V" sign. You were doing that on that picture with the plushie on your head, right? :)

And update!
There has been protests, and all shops in the capital (and other places too) were closed today, as a way of showing that we are displeased with how the country was responding to this, and as a way of honouring the people who were killed, etc. And what the country never expected was for this situation to get so out of control, or for this news to spread around the world. While the Sri Lankan media didn't play much part, cell phones had recorded videos and photos and had published them on the internet, alerting about what's happening and it has produced some uproar in other countries. And the head of the BBS (the group that kind of started all this) resigned his post too. And families who were attacked has been made to give compensations, and all those stuff. And today they had police and a few army in our area, in case something broke out (I was a little afraid that if the armed forces took the other side during that time.. ) and a proposal has been made to ban the BBS. So for now, we're pretty safe
