I'd like to have at least more than half the amount I'd need for the trip in my bank account before going...right now just the trip alone will likely clean out my safe.

The money will be gone pretty soon, since I have tuition, living fees, and bills and stuff to make do with once I get back to school. I won't have any income anymore either, unless I find myself a part time job. ;;
