Before we were trying to figure out where Dan lives, so I went to his profile, clicked on his information and it said he lived in Midgard. Now do you understand? [XD]

In simple terms, midgard is just another way of saying "the world" in Old Norse - which is what the old Scandinavians/vikings used to speak.

Hahahahaha yeah, though mainly it was because of the Marvelverse movies, where Earth is referred to as Midgard by the other realms. [XD]

In reference to why Wren said Thailand. Wren remembered that it started with a "T" and that it was in Asia. Thailand was the first to come to mind, then Taiwan.

My parents went to Korean for vacation and came back telling me how they had almost next to no food but marinated vegetables there. Sounds awful. xDD;;

Wren likes marinated vegetables...

They're not bad, but when it's the only thing you have for five days in a row for every meal of the day....

That reminds me of my friends. They would eat chicken and white rice for a week and a half, because that's all they had.

[gonk] Dang, that sucks. Though if it's the only thing they had, I can understand...but they were traveling in a group and there are definitely other kinds of food there. It's just that the traveling agency can't afford that kind of stuff or something so they just get endless meals of marinated vegetables. [sweat]

Wren traveled to England with a tour group once, a few years ago. But the food was much better then marinated vegetables. Wren paid a lot to go on that trip. [cry] It was probably all money for the food.

My parents have decided to go on future trips when going abroad bringing a load of instant noodles with them.

Instant noodles will rule the world one day. [ninja]
