I'm pre diabetic and on a diet and I'm fine with bacon. but I suppose I only rarely have it..

I personally don't approve of vegetarianism, so I do tent to forget about it.

Tofu... Is tasteless. Basically, tasteless until you add something to it.

As for vegetarianism, I know someone who has to be such. Or at least partial. He can't eat red meat of any kind because it bothers his body, for some reason. I'd hate that!

My mother is full diabetic. If she stresses out too much over what to eat (we have a very small budget too) then her sugars are worse than if she skips her medication
