Well the 'staff' is actually a bow from the Wood Sprite and that thing floating would be part of the Cloak of Nature. :3 I think it's a pink or red butterfly.

Ah, now I get it. It's hidden behind your horns of nature and the butterfly makes the bow looks like staff due to the butterfly. Good job on making it look like new item. :)
