how do u fall asleep?
I'm laying here trying to go to sleep and it is not working. so give me ur idles on how you fall asleep. I'm a graveyard waitress so I need sleep.

i try to not have my computer on before i try to fall asleep. the light from the screen makes it hard to fall asleep for me. ilike to listen to music. |
