Hehe, well, I am always open to ideas. Kinda like I told Clock that somehow, CrossHatch will gain the nickname CrossPrime in his story thanks to Clock calling me that all the time now! XD And the sword Kirin sent me on here forever ago will also have a place in the story somehow, I just have to figure out how to work the stuff in there that it will actually make sense. *shrugs* I really need to be working on it all!!

Yeah... I have that with my character... I have a ton of roleplay information about my character but he's still hard to write a book about... o.o why does he have to be so bloody mysterious!

lol, My problem is more like, a lot of the ideas just don't really go together. Another problem I ran into, is figuring out the ages that the inventors would be... I hate math, so going back 127 years, about how many times would the inventors die and be replaced by someone else? I hate math and I'm lazy, which is why that minor detail isn't worked out... haha

about 4-5 generations. Lets see...

Inventor dies at 80 has a child at 30 or so. That child dies at 75 and has a child at 25. That child dies at 62 and has a child at 34. That child dies at 88 and has a child at 22. The final 5th generation child is 16.

30+25+34+22+16
Total: 127

Feel free to use that as a template. That way when you add time you remove time and visa versa always keeping it at 127 but they would likely spend less time out in the world due to working on inventions and such.

I did a map for my nano story too! Have you seen it before?

Sorry I haven't... but I have a crapload of notes from my first story. Every time I got writers block I'd start doodling the landscapes and such, the layout of the town, maps, interal writing that would be read, etc.

Photoshop. XD GIMP can do the same too.
There is this cartographer website, have some tutorials to make the atlas colourful type map too. Very interesting. But it doesn't fit my fantasy layout.
By looking at my map, you would at least guess the setting is ancient time and rather fantasy... right?

yesh~ I luv my map texture. However, it show traces of repetition. I still have a lot to do on it. DX Just have to find the motivation.
