I can't promise I'll be around much at the moment. I've in graduate school, so I have a ton of work that goes with that (LOTS OF READING) and I'm currently obsess with Pokemon: Soulsilve, so I'm not online much. but I will be and I will be here.

Maybe ya'll can inspire me to start writing again and I mean outside of my rps. I've gotten so set into writing essays (which I'm weird and love doing) that I never write creatively anymore.

yeah. not all the people I've pinged have come by, and some I don't know if ever will, but we're doing pretty good with just a few of us. I'm glad I made it a little invite only community.

This is the first time I've been invited to an invite only, so I'm really kind of happy about it all. ^^

Yep, as a graduate student, you can take on what are called graduate assistantships and at my school you can do several things with this. Teach a composition 1 or developmental writing class, work at the writing center, or be a teacher's assistant for one of the sophomore level world literature classes.
I work 10 hours a week as a TA and 10 as a tutor at the writing center, so far I'm loving it.

That's cool. I'm in college and we don't really have anything like that going on.

Well I'm only in it because I'm an English major and there's not too much you can with just a Bachelor's in English (teaching high school is not in my future), so I'm working on getting my Ph.D. (eventually) and teaching at the college level.
