Well I managed to pick up a snake without too much trouble. It only bit me when someone started screwing with it's tail and made it mad... but after the bite it calmed back down and I continued to hold it.

as much as I think snakes are cool...count me out....

That guy was pretty calm. Only about 2 feet long tops. He wasn't venomous either.

I don't mind holding a snake so much so it bit you! That's too much for me.

It wasn't too bad. Same as a cat or a dog nipping you to say stop.

ah...but I try to avoid cat bites too.

I've been bit by lots of things... you kinda get used to it

Nothing much just trying to wake up a bit more on my end. but at lest I had a fun weekend I slept in today. to rest my voice I made it hurt form screaming so much. on saturday and sunday at the con.

Yeah... I even got stung by a dangerous scorpion... but I don't try to touch those [lol]

eiiik! I've never run so fast as when a scorpion ran out of my suitcase.

I never had encounter with a scorpion yet. I hope I never do I have been stung by bee's when I was younger. even got bit my my gran parents dog once. but it was my fault to being with.

I stayed calm and tried not to move much. since venom goes through blood I needed to stay calm and keep my heart rate down

that's smart, Poet. I don't think I could remain calm.

well... it was sort of a "stay calm or the venom reaches my heart" kinda moment

ah yeah....sounds really scary though.

Yeah but at that point in my life it couldn't get much lower so stating calm about it was easy.

same with the snake since at the time I didn't know if it was venomous

why do you let yourself get stung/bit by so many animals!?

I don't let them... I just prefer animals over people
