Oh, I also love it with peanut butter, I was having peanut butter and honey sandwiches - sadly I'm out of both now. If I still had peanut butter I'd have some of that.
I just have to survive the next few weeks before my parents come down, and they can take me to the store.

Normally it's not too bad - but for some stupid reason the cafeteria people decided it was a good idea not to be open at all on Veteran's day. D:

Oh, no - I have a meal plan, so usually this isn't an issue. Because I can just go there to eat.
I just don't have snacks till my parents come down for Thanksgiving as I don't know anyone well enough who has a car who can take me to the store.

And isn't it?! D: *sighs* :( It frustrated me today... I can understand not being open on Thanksgiving. But usually they let people know "Hey we're not going to be open on this day (insert whatever day here)." Sure it said on the door... but I don't usually read the hours as normally they're open on Tuesdays! D:

When I lived by myself I walked to the store but that was very lucky for me to live so close to one. There was a grocery in the shopping center next to the campus. It was on the farthest side and it was a bitch when snowing out, but not terrible.

oh totally for thanksgiving but it's strange for veterans day. I've never heard of a cafeteria taking off for that.

Sadly it's just a bit too far to walk - as with how much food I want - I can't carry it all back by myself. There is a store somewhat close to campus, but too far away to be able to pull off walking. Darn!

Well we have a stupid cafeteria that throws us off by closing for Veteran's Day. :( Booo!

Kat: Yeah, it's probably about a 35 to 45 minute walk from where I live - one way. Because I don't like the road that the store is on as drivers down here are INSANE, so I have to walk more carefully and pay attention to where I am. :/ My parents offered to take me shopping so I'll just wait.

I used to have a rainbow shirt. I sold it to Neph... I think... I can't remember, I think it was Neph, as I realized I didn't need it as I never used it. xD It just sat in my inventory collecting dust.

Ah. It was only 10 minutes for me maybe. Depending on the snow condition and how fast I walk because I have a seriously speedy walk when it's cold out.

I have been trying to get the rainbow shirt for a long time. I'm very happy over it even though it doesn't match anything.

Snow is thankfully something I never have to deal with ever again - I used to, so I know how fast one walks when it gets cold! That used to be me. That was a fun time - I'd have to take the bus into town and then deal with about 150$ worth of food to bring home. I got good at putting it into bags to carry it all. XD

I can understand that. I was excited when I first got it, but it never matched anything that I made. So yeah, I kept it for quite awhile and then sold mine.

I got over finding snow novel and super cool pretty quick, but I still love it. As long as I don't have to be in it.

My major before the current one was Equine Studies - so it snow made that a bit more challenging as we weren't allowed to - for legal reasons - to ride outside when the snow was in the outdoor arena, and the indoor arena was much smaller than the outdoor one, so it was more packed with not as much room as the outdoor one.

I didn't mind snow if I could be inside where it was warm though.

That's interesting. You've sure studied some interesting things. I had a lot of night classes my last two years and it was a real bugger in the winter.

Yeah. I have to say, taking a horse into the Tack room in one class because the indoor arena was being used and it was snowing was quite funny. LOL.

Oh, I bet!! I had a couple night classes when I used to live where it snowed too - thankfully I only lived about 5 to 10 minutes walk (depending on how slow I walked) away from where most my classes were held.
