I miss San Fransisco... my parents live 3 hours from San Fransisco.

Technically my dad is going for work and he decided to invite my mom. It's a parent's vacation.

I've been to San Fran once when we drove there from houston. We just looked around mostly. My parents lived there a long time ago before having kids.

Do you live in Texas like Kat? My brother lives in Euston at the moment working!

...a lot of people live in Texas. It's easy to find others when chatting online.

it is long. Took us weeks, but it was road trip style, stopping at everything along the way.

That's cool though!! Road trips are fun!

They were a lot funner as a kid. I could never survive being in a car with my parents and brothers, all squished together, for as long as I did back then.

I love road trips with my family and I'm almost 26.
We took a road trip summer before last to Washington State, and back down to home in a week... don't recommend that, more because the days were insane... but the trip was awesome fun! :]

In our car, it's really close quarters. Me and my brothers all in the backseat together. They've both VERY tall too, so it's insufferable even for two hours. I have to sit in the middle. But even with a smaller car now, it's just more room when you're a kid. And more fun to look out the window. I didn't know the internet then so I can't miss it either.

I've never been on a road trip that requires a nightstop xD

THe UK's pretty small, you can do it in a day really, unless you CHOOSE to stop xD

I wouldn't even care if i was doing it solo, in my own little mini van with a bed in the back xD

I dunno if it's fun solo though. Probably, but a one other person seems like the ideal, or maybe two. I'd like to do it with friends not family.

I just feel like i'd enjoy the freedom of doing it alone and meeting people along the way, but if either of you wanna meet up with me and travel along FEEL FREE! XD

The homework is just a 1 page reflection paper and going over a few things for a project that we're going to meet up tomorrow to talk about, but I have time tomorrow do do that.

Just take it one day at a time hun, don't worry about the next 3 weeks tonight, just do what needs to be done for tomorrow.

I have a group meeting tomorrow night - they want to meet off campus in the opposite direction from my dorms... and after dark. I may beg one of them to drive me home as I don't think I want to walk the half hour back home... by myself, after dark.
Plus I've not actually done any prep for that meeting, at all. :/
