I don't really know a lot about pixeling either.

I wish you luck with that, star.
I'm an avid art collector myself.

Zephi 06-14-2015 02:10 AM

What art collections do you have, kat? :O

Kat Dakuu 06-14-2015 02:26 AM

I ask for art of my characters all the time. I actually recently asked for art of Keone.

Zephi 06-14-2015 02:31 AM

Oh really? Did you get anything good back? :O You know I was looking and there aren't any good pictures of Ipo's father XD So I guess I get to draw a picture for that as well. I only saw one on google and there aren't that many on DA either. Surprisingly. Some have him in fish form, most in human form. There is only one that is neither fish nor human. It's open to interpretation I suppose.

Kat Dakuu 06-14-2015 03:21 AM

i only asked the other day. I'll show you if I do get art of her.
huh? Is this confusing or am I too intoxicated to follow?????

Zephi 06-14-2015 03:24 AM

You might be too intoxicated ;) Than again, maybe I am too intoxicated to write. My character, Ipo, his father is Ikatere. I haven't said the name in the rp but that's who he is. He's a polynesian fish god and there's like a hand full of pictures of him and nothing "official" so I'll have to come up with what he looks like for the rp as well.

Thanks Kat I may try tonight find a good art shop. I know someone that can draw really well. but I just not sure how often. she gets on gaia anymore.

Kat Dakuu 06-14-2015 04:35 AM

okay, so he's like an established god. that's why I'm confused. Still not all th way sober yet though..

That's sad. There's a lot of good artist here if you care for that. I don't know about gaia.

Zephi 06-14-2015 05:45 PM

Yea established but not well known?

Kat Dakuu 06-14-2015 05:50 PM

yeah, but he's not your unique creation.

Zephi 06-14-2015 06:37 PM

Nope. He's a Polynesian God, Ikatere. I could always make up my own name because there are hardly any pictures of the guy, and put the pic and name together. Voila.

Kat Dakuu 06-14-2015 06:42 PM

I think it's interesting you based it off some real lore. I just didn't know so I was confused when you said you could look for pictures of your character.

Zephi 06-16-2015 12:01 AM

Oh. Sorry. Yea, not really a well known god, not like Zeus or Odin so I can see why you never heard of him and thought it was weird. XD To be honest, I hadn't heard of him either but stumbled across him when looking for a good name.

Kat Dakuu 06-16-2015 12:02 AM

lol. That happens to me all the time.

bluerockman 06-16-2015 12:16 AM

Sometimes, the obscure is the best way to find interesting things. Who here is familiar with "Heracles"? You might know him better than you think.

Kat Dakuu 06-16-2015 12:22 AM

Doesn't everyone know who Heracles is?

bluerockman 06-16-2015 12:27 AM

They certainly know who he is under another spelling/name.

Kat Dakuu 06-16-2015 12:30 AM

I didn't even notice you spelled it the other way, but it's barely even different under that spelling. If you said Herakles, I might give it to you. Still, one of the most known Greek figures ever.

bluerockman 06-16-2015 12:35 AM

They tend to know him by his Roman name. The Roman name that gets used in place of the Greek name IN THE GREEK MYTH!

In my past, not a whole lot of people knew the actual Greek name.

sailor star rainbow 06-16-2015 12:47 AM

I did not think about looking for artist on here before. thanks for the idea but I need make more gold on here. I don't know the prices artist on here. for full body art work. that is what I am looking to get done of my oc's.

Kat Dakuu 06-16-2015 12:47 AM

I was only taught Greek names in school except for a brief bit with Roman. Most people don't know the Roman in the least.

round here, full body art is usually between 1-3k here.

It's all Greek to me...giggle[mrgreen]

Kat Dakuu 06-16-2015 12:52 AM

hehe. Shakespeare said that first!

bluerockman 06-16-2015 12:57 AM

I honestly forgot that. [:o]

Kat Dakuu 06-16-2015 12:59 AM

About the Greek saying? Yeah, there used to be a poster in the other room with all sorts of Shakespeare sayings, but I don't know where it went. My dad got it when we went to the Globe Theater.
