Oh man, it's been really wet this year. I just rained a lot today but it had a chance to subside before I had to leave work. The road my workplace is on floods in a matter of ten minutes in a heavy rain. That's crazy you had to use a boat though. Houston has had many flooding related deaths this year as well. The creeks might have reached some record highs.

That is crazy Kat-chan and yeah the exit. by my house may still have eight feet of water in it. not sure as of yet cause. I need to check the neighbor hood fb page.

Yikes. I hope you don't water in your home.

The power plant nearby apparently blew up so I'm stuck without power or Internet for who knows how long.

Making my website took forever, but its so great to have now. I can see just what all I have.

I kind of hope I can upgrade my dA account at some point...it'll make it a loooot easier to organize the OC and fanart folders.

Does it? I don't have my DA all that organized though I have a couple folders.

I guess? I only wish for the subfolder...for some odd reason you can't do that if you're not a premium member. Never got that one :/

Ah. I never felt the want for one. I use a crap load of folders and sub page type stuff on my website though. Just never felt the need to organize my art go that degree.

The only reason I'd like to organize my folders a little bit more is because I draw so much fanart for so many fandoms I'm in, so having just a fanart folder is a little...ehhh, chaotic. Same goes for OCs, I guess...I have too many OCs in too many fandoms, it can get confusing when you're trying to find something/one.

I guess. For the fandoms makes sense, but I'm somewhat under the impression that no one really goes looking through my gallery trying to find specific things like that. I've got a folder for OCS, photography, schoolwork, chibis.....and I think that's it.

Lesse....I've got folders for cover pages for novels and fanfics, YouTube thumbnail art, and IDs; game art; mass folder for the fanart; InkTober folder; writing folder; a couple dedicated to the Star Trek RP groups I'm in; and the OC folder. And folders for old crap from my old account. If I could I'd to put all that stuff into one folder with subfolders, and put subfolders into the fanart and OC folders.

I figure most people are viewing just to look at it so separating by the basic stuff is good enough. *shrug*

Yep. There's a search bar titled "search gallery". Very nifty when you're uploading something and need to reference another piece.

I suppose. I've never even considered wanting that but maybe now that i know it's there, I might use it. These days I almost never post anything new though.

I haven't posted anything in a while though, either. Haven't been in much of a drawing mood...I've had my nose in a book almost nonstop.

I almost never draw and ever rarer finish something. Mostly its just doodles now.
