Well, I'm trying to finish one that's not on my laptop called The Beekeepers Apprentice I'm almost done with it. And then I need to remember what book I was on when I Was re-reading the Vampire Academy Series on my Nook. I don't know where my charge cord is so I have to pick up where I was on my laptop. [yes]

xD aww I've heard about both those books, well ones a series but haven't ever read either.

Yeah, they're good books -all of them! I'm actually not big into vampires but Phoenix got me to try Vampire Academy, and omg, I fell in love! [yes]

And Laurie R. King is a local of where I used to live. [:D] My aunt has met her! [shock] JEALOUS!

8D That's super awesome! In my first year of college I had a professor for English who use to work in Lousiana and had Poppy Z. Brite as a student. (but she didn't go by that name and use to be a boy, she had the sex change and all thatt good stuff) It was pretty awesome.
And not that you're probably into football (i'm not either) but my girlfriend is a die hard football fan and follows them all specially Alabama Crimson Tide around here, and the running back (I think that's what he was) from two years ago I graduated with and I'm friends with. She loves that. haha

I adore anything vampire. Cept the twilight books [gag]

I read the Twilight books, more to just get a friend off my case about them. >.<
But I have a friend who's older than me, and OBSESSED with Twilight. omg it's RIDICULOUS! GAH!

I use to LOVE the twilight books. but that was before all the hype. I had the FIRST twilight book 3 months before it hit shelves because my moms step mom (my "grandmother") is the sister to one of the publishers so and so or something. xD got it for an early bday present. I thought it was pretty good but after people were like "OMFG SQUEEE" yeah no. I mean they are okay, for tweens but not for grown ass adults. xD

Yeah, they were ok at first (not like OMG O.O just like ok - meh?), but then honestly my friend ruined them for me, because she has to get EVERYTHING twilight and then blah blah blah... she's 27, and her room colors are the twilight colors... and I'm like ... Ok, yeah, that's too much, seriously. I'd get it if she was younger than me, but.... [headdesk] >.<

I have plenty of friends who are like that. Specially with twilight. I just can't get past the sparkely crap. Dx
And edward is too bossy for my liking. Lol I like independant women. (though Alice is super hot and so is Dakota Fanning as whatever her character is xD)

I was that crazy over Harry Potter [drool] FOR YEARS. but it started when I was in like...1st or 2nd grade. haha.

Oh, I only watch the movies for Peter Facinelli and Kellan Lutz. [lol] That's all. [XD]

OMG, don't get me started on HP! I'm a massive harry potter nut! [yes] I started summer of 4th grade, I didn't get into them till the 3rd book came out, but omg, I was HOOKED!! [yes] I still am, I have all my books, and they're falling apart from being read so many times, but I love them. And I have friends who laugh at the random bits of knowledge that I have about the Potter series! [rofl]

xD I didnt like the twlight movies for the SOLE fact that The leader of the Vulturi, Aero is Lucious from Underworld. Um Sorry you can't be the leader of werewolves in like the best vampire movies ever and be a sparkly glampire in twilight movies I was SO FLIPPIn angry when I saw that. >.<

XD yeah my books are falling apart for sure, my 18th birthday my mom bought me signed copies. -still all wrapped up and everything- oh my word I was so super excited :D I know a good bit about HP so I completely understand that. My girlfriend calls me a HP nerd daily just about. She's not into that sort of thing at all but she can't even tell the difference between star trek and star wars. >.<

Hahahaha, oh dear!! >.< Yeah, I'm not into that series myself, so I'd not know. xD

Oh, jealous! I am a HP nerd and proud of it!! [yes] My ex would do the same thing, but he was the same as me, I was the bigger nerd, but he'd not admit it. [XD] My mom wants me to get my books rebound professionally, but I don't want to risk them falling apart of getting ruined as the first four are the copies that my granddad gave me years ago (he's sense passed away). Um, no. i'll take my books that are falling apart, that have been re-bound more times than I can count by mom. [yes] That's fine with me. They're well loved books!

She isn't really into nerdy things. She's more of like a jock? lol

Haha! Are they paper back or hard backed books?? Mine have split in the binding in the middle many many times - all mine are hard backed - and mom has reglued them back together, and fixed them so many times. [lol]

hard backed. Lol that's all they had when the books first came out. And I remember getting the first HP book the day it came out. My mom let me skip school that day so we could go get it because I just knew it would be amazing and I was already a book worm. haha I only knew about it because I had a babysitter who was counting the days till it hit stores. :D She had read great reviews. Lol She was more like a neighbor that watched me occassionally than a babysitter. Lol
