How do you get it so it doesn't have this flat side?

:) Make sure the strawberries are room temp and not cold, it hardens the chocolate too quick. Makes for a less smooth looking strawberry.

xD it is a pain in the butt, but makes for amazing looking strawberrries, but so does just laying them donw. :D My favorite thing ever is cinnamon chocolate dipped apple slices [drool]
