For me it's two very excited pups as I actually am the first one up and they both want all the attention.

Yeah, both of them are pretty well trained. :]
Although it depends on the weather, usually if it's raining or yucky weather (not much of that around here lately, we've got the water restrictions tightened even tighter again fairly recently due to lack of water) they both will usually fight going out a bit more than normal.
They're just more hyper than usual this morning.

haha Zoey is like that too, windy or rainy she won't go out. :P but if she hears strange noises out she won't go out either. sometimes she's a pain.

I find that Simon and Odin are more likely to want to go out now that they don't have to go out alone, which helps. Not always the case.

Good luck! We've never let the dogs sleep in bed with us - so they know that they're not allowed up there. They sleep fine in their dog beds which seem to move around the house - as Becca loves dragging them from room to room sometimes. xDD LOL
