All I do is work but I only work three days a week, and then on my non-work days I basically just come on here and lurk all day long. I don't really have any friends outside of the internet, so I'm home mostly all day. |
Better than no friends at all

I have no friends IRL. I don't know how to keep a friendship going.
To me, "having a life" is having a job or being a student. And/Or going out often. However, I find the Internet much more satisfying. |
I guess having internet friends is better than no friends at all.
It's just such a lonely life. [cry] My closest online friends are in Europe so we can only talk so often! I have a job, but I have no life. I'm not friends with any of my coworkers, I just talk to toddlers all day, I come home, eat a little and go online. I kind of prefer that, though, I'm weird, you know? I want friends, but when I get the chance to go out with a friend, I choose not to. Or I just don't keep in contact with people in my life that could possibly become friends. |
I stare longingly at groups of young friends when in public. They look like such fascinating people, and I wish I could know them…
