it never hurts to learn something though.

I do so many bizarre things. i space out and sometimes i end up up putting the jar of peanut butter
in the fridge. XP

I don't really read very often. I am more of someone who prefers to write instead of read.
I don't know why but I am just like that.
I also like to write the stories after freshly watching the show or movie as I am forgetful
so usually i forget very fast what happened to i have to write immediately after watching the show or movie or whatever.

Ah yeah i've seen game of thrones.
I am not sure how i feel about it.
I surely wouldn't create a bunch of characters just to kill them.
Killing a small amount would maybe be necessary depending on the plot and what is happening
but i don't like the fact of killing more than a handful of characters to be honest.
i prefer writing out cliff hangers.

when I make a character that is good, it annoys me as I don't like writing out someone
who it too happy.
Too happy of people sort of annoy me. i am not sure why [lol]

I just had got hit with some inspiration to write chapter 2 of my fanfic
as well as some inspiration to extend chapter 1 a little further so instead of it being 1.8k words
it is now 2.4k words in chapter 1. [XD]

Antagonist 09-06-2014 02:21 AM

Yeah, problem is, I don't think I learned anything back in college. [sweat]
I'll see if I can learn more stuff in graduate.

Don't peanut butter go into the fridge anyway? [:O]

I'm more of a read than write person because my writing sucks so much. [XD] And I like seeing the kinds of ideas other people come up with~
I usually don't write about something the first time I see or read it, it usually takes one or two more runs before I fall into the 'WANT' zone. [lol] I then read tons of preexisting fanfiction on it, and go through the Wiki and stuff to fill in all the gaps I may have before attempting something of my own.

Yeah, I don't like killing off my characters much either, unless I created them to be fodder in the first place. (which happens a lot considering my OCs are all over-powered little shits in a world of frail humans [XD]) I especially don't like to kill off the nice people because I feel like they don't deserve that. My brother once mentioned that he thinks George Martin does that in A Song of Ice and Fire on purpose to make it a parody (is that the word in English? mocking??) of how the good guys always wins and survives while the bad guys die and stuff, and writing something more realistic. I just think it's too gritty and depressive and I don't like it. Sooo...no Ice and Fire for me. [XD]

Ooh congrats! I hit a block at 4k something words in that Supernatural x Marvel!verse thing of mine. Haven't gone back to it in ages. [XD]

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 11:23 AM

Oh I see.
Well I wish you best of luck.

Does it?
We don't put ours in the fridge.

I have a few books I like to read and would like to
get the rest of her book collection.
I only rarely read though unless I go somewhere.

I don't see that being a good enough reason to kill off characters
just because you want to prove a point. [stare]

And yes mocking is an English word
*Only knows and speaks the English language*

Thank you. Though now I am wondering if I want to kill off
My main characters' mother off or not in my Attack on Titan fanfic.
Oh the choices. But it would be interesting to keep her around since i don't think anyone's
parents or mother are around. not from what i have seen at least of the series.
I haven't read the books so i could be mistaken.

SuperZombiePotatoe 09-06-2014 12:49 PM

A Song of Ice and Fire... So gritty. So depressing. And yet for some reason reason I find myself waiting impatiently for the next book [XP]

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:00 PM

I haven't read the books
but i am not really one for depressing books.
I like adventure and stuff.

If there is like a small amount of killings I would prefer
but not as many as those books from what i have seen on the show.
That is just a little over the top for my taste.

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:02 PM

IF the show is anything to go by, it's ark, Gritty, depressing as hell and I always want more of it.

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:04 PM

I stopped watching it after Tyrion[not sure I spelt that right]
was accused of poisoning Joffery.

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:08 PM

Did you see the trial?

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:09 PM

I did not.
I've seen spoilers and all that
but didn't see it for myself.

When things get too intense it tends to strike a cord in me
and it becomes like too much it's weird. [lol]

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:12 PM

At the very least, Watch the trial. It's probably about 10-20 minutes long, and it's some of the best acting I've ever seen.

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:15 PM

Alright I will do that.

When shows tend to get too intense for me or have those OhMYGod Moments I have to like
stop watching it. I don't know why.
I just stop and avoid watching it. [shock]

I did that with gilmore girls[yeah i know gilmore girls is like a chick show but too many intense moments
or it was too close to rl for me o3o]

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:17 PM

It's... Intense, to say the least.
It also makes me really, really annoyed Peter Dinklage doesn't get an award for that scene alone.

Also, what are your thoughts on Prince Oberyn?

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:24 PM

I know he is a great actor
and I have seen some clips of that scene.
That man deserves like..ten awards for all of the scenes he has done in GOT.

And I really liked him.
He seemed so...much of a mysterious sort of character to me
and I mainly liked him cause he hated the Lannisters.
I think he did at least. Been a while. And I am forgetful. x__x

I actually follow the actor of him on twitter. XP
Most of the stars from my fave shows I do. [lol]

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:25 PM

He does. I just went a rewatched a few things from the earlier seasons. Tyrions has good lines, he delivers them perfectly.

Oh yeah, he hated the Lannisters. He just gets better the more you find out about him though.

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:30 PM

Agreed. And I loved the fact that he didn't take Joffery's BS.
And he had some really funny lines too.
As well as even though he is part of the royal family I really liked what he said to Sansa after her father's death.
It was just nice and refreshing to me i guess.

But doesn't he die?
At least I've seen or heard spoilers of that.

SuperZombiePotatoe 09-06-2014 01:33 PM

I haven't forgiven martin for Oberyn yet [stare]

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:33 PM

He was that one Lannister that nobody hated. The single one. And when he has lines like
"There are brave men knocking on that door! Lets go kill them!"
How can one not like him?

Uh...I'll just put it this way. I had that fight spoiled for me. I watched it and I was still shocked. It's much more gruesome than it is in the books.

Have you seen the show?

SuperZombiePotatoe 09-06-2014 01:36 PM

What was that other line of his? I think Cersei said, "You're not half as clever as father" or something and Tyrion was like,"Well, that still makes me smarter than you."
Gotta love him. He get's much darker after the trial, though.

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:38 PM

Something along those lines.
And one of the ones from when he first meet Bronn is great as well. I don't remember all of it, but it ends with "I like living".

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:39 PM

@Sleepy
Agreed! I'll have to find one of my favorite Tyrion lines by him.
There is a lot though. x.x

Yeah that's what i have heard.

SuperZombiePotatoe 09-06-2014 01:40 PM

Yup, I've seen the show, but not all of season 3.

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:43 PM

There's a video on youtube. It's about 20 minutes from the first 2 and a half seasons of Tyrion being great.

http://x1.fjcdn.com/comments/Things+...d9466af57a.jpg
There's a reason that image was thrown around a bit afterwards.

Ah, have you seen season 4 then, SZP?

SuperZombiePotatoe 09-06-2014 01:47 PM

I saw that video! And that image... [XP]
Yup, I saw season 4 entirely. It got better towards the end of it.

MoodyBats 09-06-2014 01:49 PM

Yeah the image/video of the watermelon
kept being posted up on my FB from the GOT page i liked as well as some of my friends
who watched the show and such shared it etc.

I kept up from the very beginning up until Tyrion was accused of poisoning Joffery.
Then i got distracted by other shows. o3o

Sleepy Anarchy 09-06-2014 01:49 PM

That image was thrown around whenever someone said something and didn't want to say it by name. It was pretty funny.
Season 4 ended much better than the other seasons did.
