I have never owned a pair of rain boots...maybe I will enjoy the rain more if I got some :)
I do have a cute pair of rain boots - they're green with horses on them - but they have like no arch support, and that makes my feet hurt, I need the support. So I prefer my water proof riding boots instead of the rain boots if I have a choice. [yes]
I think that's kind of like me with flats. They don't give me any arch support, so I actually prefer at least a small heel if I need to wear dressy shoes :)
Oh, I can handle flats - because I've gone out and bought arch support inserts for them. It's just a matter of finding a comfortable pair of flats. [yes]
I can't wear heals, my feet don't like them, and they make my ankles act up even more with heals than they do with non-arch support shoes. I do love my riding boots - both my real cowboy boots, and my water proof ones (I have two pairs) [yes] |
Oohh I didn't know there were arch support inserts! Those sound like they might be useful for me as well :)
Yeah, you can get them at pretty much any store - just ask for where they are if you can't find them. They're really nice. [yes] They've saved my feet on more than one occasion.
Would you know how much they cost?
Mmmm... I can't remember... just googled... 14$ to 25$. [yes]
But so worth it! |
Great, thank you for telling me!
You're welcome! ^_^
So, what is new with you?
Just working on this darned stupid paper that I can't quite figure out how to start - and wishing I could strangle my roommates, nothing really new. xD How about yourself?
Nothing much here. ^^

Very late getting back to the conversation but yes, PPT means Power Point. [sweat] I hadn't thought of that other countries don't use that abbreviation. [sweat] Here everyone says, "Pee-pee-tee" in conversation when talking about Power Point. [sweat] [sweat] |
In my sign classes, we just sign PP for power point, but if I'm talking to people who don't sign, I say power point. [yes]

Ended up in the ER again last night. -_- Feels like the same problem I had around June; the stomach flu thing. This time though I think I caught it early on before it worsened into sepsis, but because the docs couldn't find anything wrong with my blood tests and I'm not a doctor, they let me go. Now I can't eat anything at all (including water) without my stomach getting angry at me. .__. ---------- Post added 12-15-2014 at 01:00 PM ---------- Quote:
Oh, that's interesting to know, thanks. :o |
Oh, gosh!! D: That doesn't sound good! :( Especially since even water makes your stomach not happy! That's not good! D: I hope that you feel betters soon!
Yeah, and now even though I haven't eaten anything, my stomach's angry at me all the same. -_-; I hope I won't have to pay another visit to the ER later because I couldn't get an appointment today and it's scheduled to be tomorrow but at this rate I'm not sure if I can last until tomorrow... |
[hug] I do hope that whatever ends up happening, you're able to get some answers!! Sending you some positive thoughts from all the way over here. [yes]
Ant! I really really hope everything will be alright and not be like the last time [gonk] [hug] Get well soon! [illgetu]
Thanks guys, so far my stomach's still not very happy with me but whatever medication the doctor gave me seems to be working well enough that I can at least eat (not oily or very fibery foods) and drink (nothing that stimulates the stomach and intestines) now! [boogie] |
At least you're able to eat somethings! That's a plus at least!!
Awww! [hug] I'm sending you lots of happy thoughts and stuff! (Blame my after finals brain for not thinking of any better words than those. xD) |
Oh no antie! I hope everything goes ok!
At least your finals are over? :) Yay.
Yeah, just waiting on grades now.
