I have a Sim house nobody lives in behind the car place and the supermarket. There's a guitar in the bedroom and some other hobby items scattered about but I don't know if I've left enough room to actually use them.

HIM may have to wait until it decides to update neighbours towns as it no has the items in there yet.

Hurry up and update Sims.
