I'm good, thanks. Just looking for a friendly place to hang out and chat. Been signing up on several boards in the last week or so. Haven't found anywhere yet that's active or friendly enough. This place seems different. Have to admit though, I'm not into any of that Gaia type stuff. Avatars and gold and inventories and shit like that. I just wanna hang out and chat in my free time, of which I have more than enough.

Well, Mene's still rather quiet, compared to other sites
It's friendly enough, doesn't matter what your Avi looks like, everyone here is nice and friendly :3
This thread is probably one of the more active ones, though there are certainly a few at the moment that are pretty active, it all depends who you find really.
Mene really normally picks up during it's side-wide events

Great. I hope I grow to love it too. Liking the auto-update feature already. Hate having to click reload.

The Auto update feature is a godsend sometimes
especially during events so you don't have to keep scrolling through, missing what's been said and refreshing the page.
I like the auto combine feature too, if you double post within a certain time frame (I think it's about 5 hours) it'll automatically combine your posts

Clicking reload. I used to hit F5 so often and quickly that time bent around me....Just a little.
For some reason auto-update doesn't always work for me, so I'm still abusing that key so often.

Hm. Not a fan of auto-combine. That doesn't help your post count.

Me neither. vBulletin acts really weird sometimes. I use phpBB myself.

Hey Fergus!

I know some forums have custom titles for post counts but I don't really pay that much attention to anyone's here.

I'm also so used to writing all my posts on Go Advanced so I just hit preview to see if any new messages have appeared before posting. [sweat]

It may not help the post count, but it helps cut out spam and accidental double posts

I don't mind spam or double posting. I joined another forum yesterday at 2:50 pm. It's now almost 7:50 pm today and I'm up to 309 posts there. Due mainly to spam and those post count increasing games.

We do have user titles (My Account > Edit Your Details > Custom User Title), sorry if I was being vague. [sweat] I've just seen other forums where they have automatic titles based on your post count.
