There is. But it means you have to be put on sleeping pills. And I don't have the time to see a doctor for that nor do I really want to be put on them. |
do the sleeping pills help everyone? I know a girl with insomnia and they don't help her much in the end.

The guy that I am dating, he is on them and he says they have really helped him. I guess it really depends on the person as well as the kind of sleeping pills they are on. If they are really that effective or not. |

My family has a history of sensitive stomachs/bodies. So a lot of the times, many of the over the counter pills actually cause more damage to our bodies than good. |

Yeah. Being positive helps. When I do get down, it usually goes away after sleeping some. then I am back on my feet x3 |
that's why sleep is healthy! I do remember hearing that lack of sleep and sleep at unhealthy hours can lead to depression.

that's good. I've never gone quite so far myself, though I seem to handle it better than some others. I can be a day sleeper with my sanity intact.

My sister usually wakes me up. If I am up by at least 1pm then I am fine with that. As long as i don't get up at 3-4pm then I wont be depressed about it. |
