it's very hot. And we get it with lots of humidity too. This isn't even the tropics! *shakes fist*

zeapear 08-06-2014 06:43 AM

Haha yeah, that really blows. Also, you have my condolences; hot and humid is the worst kind of weather and I am NOT envying you right now. D;

EDIT: Oh fiddlesticks; sorry guys but I've got to dash. Dinner's pretty much ready and then I have some stuff planned with my family. Farewell, and hopefully I'll talk to you all later.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 06:46 AM

it's why man invented air conditioning and no reason to go outside...except for when I have to go mow the lawn. I try to do it before the heat of the day.

cya! I need to sleep so I shall take my leave as well.

Never said my sleep schedule was normal. [XD]
I have insomnia.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 03:10 PM

That sucks fuu.

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 09:02 PM

It happens.
I just learn to deal with it.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 10:06 PM

I guess so. I don't know that there's anything that can be done about it.

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 10:09 PM

There is.
But it means you have to be put on sleeping pills.
And I don't have the time to see a doctor for that nor do I really want to be put
on them.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 10:11 PM

do the sleeping pills help everyone? I know a girl with insomnia and they don't help her much in the end.

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 10:13 PM

The guy that I am dating, he is on them and he says they have really helped him.
I guess it really depends on the person as well as the kind of sleeping pills
they are on. If they are really that effective or not.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 10:20 PM

that would make sense. Why don't you want to try them?

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 10:31 PM

My family has a history of sensitive stomachs/bodies.
So a lot of the times, many of the over the counter pills actually cause more damage to our bodies
than good.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 10:51 PM

you really just can't catch a break can you?

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 10:54 PM

Haha nope.
And my entire life is like this. XD

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 11:20 PM

That's really troublesome.

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 11:26 PM

It's okay, I just make the best of what I have
right now. And I don't let things get me down.
At least not for very long. [lol]

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 11:31 PM

that's a very good way to think. [yes] You wouldn't want to lose by getting down.

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 11:34 PM

Yeah. Being positive helps.
When I do get down, it usually goes away after sleeping some.
then I am back on my feet x3

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2014 11:42 PM

that's why sleep is healthy! I do remember hearing that lack of sleep and sleep at unhealthy hours can lead to depression.

MoodyBats 08-06-2014 11:48 PM

Oh that I know x.x
I've been there.
I use to get up at 3pm everyday and I would be so angry and depressed with myself
that i wouldn't even feel like eating u.u

Kat Dakuu 08-07-2014 12:04 AM

That's not good at all! Never fall back one that! The same happened to one of my friends.

MoodyBats 08-07-2014 12:06 AM

Yeah but that hasn't happened to me
in some time.

Kat Dakuu 08-07-2014 12:15 AM

that's good. I've never gone quite so far myself, though I seem to handle it better than some others. I can be a day sleeper with my sanity intact.

MoodyBats 08-07-2014 12:37 AM

My sister usually wakes me up.
If I am up by at least 1pm then I am fine with that.
As long as i don't get up at 3-4pm then I wont be depressed about it.
