I don't like maraschino cherries. Black cherries and stuff like that are quite tasty.

Maraschino cherries are the little red ones they use in desserts and put on ice cream sundaes.

The ones with seeds are real cherries. I like them pretty well. Maraschinos aren't natural. They've been preserved and sugarfied.

Sometimes they're ok. lol. The kid I work with now I call Joffrey (like Game of Thrones) when he's being a brat...in my head....
But, he's super into Christmas, like me, and still believes in Santa...which is cute cause he's 9. But we gab about Christmas and play the lights game all the time. |

Pays better than working retail, which seems to be the only other jobs that want me atm (go degrees! Wooooh crappy job market!) and I get to do things like get paid to make gingerbread houses. If I had steady hours, I'd be doing really well, but the hours are very changeable...so some weeks I'm constantly working, but other times weather and illness (with the kid ) intervene. So, I don't do bad. Like this week I'll have an amazing paycheck. But last week it snowed and then there was Thanksgiving. So I only worked 2 days.

Sounds complicated and messy. I'll stick with retail. I don't like working with kids at all.
