Oooooh. That girl zeapear is cool as heck.

Hey there muffin [hug] I'm good! Tired and getting cranky cause the tickets I just almost bought online as suddenly not available *shakes fist* How are you?

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 06:50 AM

Zeapear? Is a zea here?

zeapear 02-21-2015 06:52 AM

Haha, thanks Woody ;) I'm glad that you're good, and I'm sorry to hear about the tickets. :( What are they for? Also, I'm good. Just procrastinating on assignments [lol]

Howdy Kat! And yes indeed, there is a zea here!

Woodlandnymph 02-21-2015 06:53 AM

A concert in June. Gogol Bordello (looooooooove) and Flogging Molly (also..lots of love). *kicks the website* gimme ma tickets! ;)

How's your summer going?

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 06:55 AM

Yay is been a while! Procrastination is always good, except when you don't have time to. >.<

zeapear 02-21-2015 06:56 AM

Ah, that is pretty annoying Woody. :P My Summer's been okay; there've been some pretty severe cyclones up north but luckily that's pretty far from where I am so the worst I have to deal with is a little thunder and a helluva lot of gross hot days. Aside from that not much is really happening; I just started Year 12, which is interesting, and I'm just putting off my assignments... How's your winter?

Kat: It has, hasn't it. :P And yeeeeeeah... This speech is due Monday and it's still five minutes too short with no rationale... #Procrastinator4Lyfe

Woodlandnymph 02-21-2015 07:01 AM

oooh, really? At least you're not alone in the bad weather brewing. I'll take your thunder (steal your thundaaah!) but I'll leave you the humidity. We've got the opposite. Winter storm after winter storm. Tomorrow we might get another 6 inches of wet snow and muck. And we just had a bunch of fun -30 windchill days (F)

Oh yeah? Niiice. Almost done with high school! Oh man. What assignments?

Hey, nutting wrong with procrastination.....I was just telling Linny it's the reason why I'll never write a book. I have a billion ideas but when it comes time to write em..eeh

zeapear 02-21-2015 07:06 AM

Yeah, that sounds about equally as bad as down here (albeit the opposite end of the spectrum. :/ You guys are having a polar vortex or whatever, right? Stay safe, aight? :P
Well, at the moment the most pressing assignment I have is this history oral in which I need to present from the perspective of someone directly affected by the French Revolution roughly around 1789. The assignment itself isn't that hard, it was just frustrating finding primary resources and now I just need to focus on making it longer. All my other assignments aren't due until after March 16th and so I'm kinda pushing them to the side for now. Probably gonna regret that though, tbh, because I have two camps I have to go on during the first week and a bit of March so not much time for study/work. ^^;
And yeah, same problem here Linn. :P I prefer just to keep it in my head; less stress.

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 07:10 AM

The weather isn't bad here. :3

That sounds kinda fun Zea. I like history.

zeapear 02-21-2015 07:12 AM

Glad to hear that, Kat. :D I like history too, quite a bit actually, I just really don't like orals. [lol] But nah, the class itself is really fun. We're lucky enough to have a retired university professor come and guest lecture us seeing as he's the father of a student, and he really knows his stuff. I absolutely adore learning and I find history absolutely fascinating. History and psych are my two favourite classes; maybe I should become a psychohistorian [lol]

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 07:14 AM

psychohistorian? That sounds...psycho! But lol. There's probably a reason I'm listening to Sabaton and in love with Hetalia. History man. It's so cool if you take away the whole school aspects of things.

Woodlandnymph 02-21-2015 07:15 AM

Heh. This weather just means going stir crazy.....4 weekends in a row with plans ruined by snow. XD XD

That sounds like fun! I do love history. If it's an oral thing, just start singing Les Mis songs at the end....

Alright. Ticket site is officially down. Time to give up and go off to Bedforshire. Night guys!!

zeapear 02-21-2015 07:20 AM

Kat: Haha, it does sound a bit like that doesn't it. :P But nah, psychohistory is the study of the psychological motivations behind historic figures/movements and stuff (if I remember correctly). Pretty interesting stuff. [lol]
And yeah; I think most things are absolutely fascinating when the stressful elements are removed. Like, I will happily research independently things that I enjoy with no motivation other than myself, and yet when it becomes required it's just like, nah...

Woody: Haha, not going to lie, I have a friend who would probably do that. She's read the whole book and knows all the songs... She's crazy, I tell you. Unfortunately, however, we're doing the first revolution and not the second one (which is when Les Mis takes place) :(
Good night, mon petite cheri!

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 07:22 AM

That sounds epically cool! If you study that, you'll have to tell me ALL about it! I like psychology too as a writer. Knowing human motivation is pretty important. You should get into the hetalia fandom! So many good writers go into the human side of history and why things happened and what would happen if they went differently.

And I should go to sleep now even if I'm not tired because I have work tomorrow.

zeapear 02-21-2015 07:27 AM

While psychohistory is pretty fantastic, I must admit that I am perhaps more interested in pure psychology. B) Psychology is defnitely my passion, and while history is really fun and fascinating I feel like I'm better suited towards just psych. Who knows, though, maybe one day you'll be reading an article in some academic journal on psychohistory written by lil old me ;) And yeah, I've been repeatedly told that I should get into Hetalia so I'll probably watch it one day. At the moment I don't quite have enough time. :(

Aw, g'night! I might head off as well, then. See you all later!

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 07:30 AM

The episodes are only five minutes long. That does help. I haven't watched all the anime I think, but I like the fandom. It's a recent obsession of mine. I hope you have more time soon. Because it only gets worse when you're out of school! *dies*

Linnea 02-21-2015 03:54 PM

aw i missed a rare zeamonster siting [gonk]

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 04:14 PM

You always seem to miss them.

Linnea 02-21-2015 04:19 PM

i needed to sleep [gonk] i was supposed to go to kickboxing class but my friend didn't wake up so i went back to bed

Truuuuuuuue. Okay then let them all have a slice of cake. ;)

<.< You can always make up for it by kicking things around the apartment, Linny love. ;)

Linnea 02-21-2015 07:19 PM

well i'm going to be moving soon (the plans aren't totally ironed out yet) but if it's with my friend who i go to kickboxing with (this is one option) then we were thinking of getting a bag in the house so we can do the drills and practice whenever we want

Woodlandnymph 02-21-2015 08:22 PM

Oh yeah? Still in the same area of Portland or what?

Linnea 02-21-2015 11:12 PM

but of course [yes]

Kat Dakuu 02-21-2015 11:17 PM

Linnea 02-21-2015 11:20 PM
