Not getting cake, but it is my dad's birthday this weekend. I'm making him a NY style cheesecake for it.

that sounds pretty dang tasty to me. Save me a slice.

My dad might demolish it. He's had the biggest sweet tooth since getting sick. Like, he'll go through a pie in a day or two by himself o.O

ahaha. That's pretty amusing. Must be good pie.

I don't even think the actual quality of the pie matters XD It's funny though. He always craves ice cream and italian ices, and then remembers half way to the freezer that during his biweekly treatments, he can't eat cold things (cause they actually burn to the touch/burn as he eats them) and he gets all grumpy.

That's crazy. I've been eating a lot of ice cream lately so that would make me sad.

Me too. I'm all about italian ice. He forgets and when I have to remind him, he makes the saddest face and goes, "oh yaaaaaaaaaah"

i had to read an article about behaviorism as that is what i am interested in an ultimately getting my concentration in for my master's. it wasn't so bad but i had to read all kinds of other stuff too.

it wasn't too bad. i had to write a short paper on operant conditioning in a study with rats and with humans. kind of interesting. i'm going to be a behavior scientist!
