You know what I ended up doing? I colored today! So that was nice cause it's not quite creating art from scratch...but it's still creative. My friend sent me these coloring books for my birthday...and they're so nice I don't wanna mess them up.

I have decided to get back into my pixel art!
Because it's easier to adapt to pixel art by mouse compared to digital drawing. [sweat]

I've always done pixel art by mouse. It makes no difference in the end.

Same here. But it's easier to do a sketch of the line art by tablet pen.
I use my tablet for everything. But since the box which my tablet pen is in got locked up in storage,
by mouse is really the only option I have for not just pixel art but digital drawing too. x. x

Ah, I see, I see. That's too bad, but you should be able to make due with the mouse. It just takes a little getting used to.

I don't think I ever did pixel art
with my art tablet. Not really at least.
So yeah it's pretty simple to get use to. I am recoloring a base and it's
going smoothly.

Drawing on the other hand...the shoulder was terrible. [rofl]
But i'll get use to it :D

Not if you understand what you are doing.
Basically the best way to first learn is trying to pixel And shade/highlight 3D shapes. That's how i learned. I had a mentor for a while until they redid the pixel community site I was a part of. But I am still friends with some pixel artists. Not on any avatar site. But still. The best thing you can do is just try. Even if you think you wont be good at it. :)
