Hey Kirin! It's ok. I had two big things going on either way....so I knew I'd miss out on most of the event. I was in Vermont and I'll be in PA this weekend at a wedding.

oh man, I haven't chatted with Queenie in a while.
My weekend plans are a family reunion. Three days off work and hopefully fun. I've decided not to do any contests because the even will probably be over before I wake up tomorrow. |
My weekend seems to be sorted. I was going to stay home tomorrow, but if things work out okay, I may be catching up with a friend I haven't seen for AGES. And this time around, they were the ones to extend the initial invitation for a change! Miracles do happen, I guess :D I'm just waiting on him to get back to me so we can work out logistics and the like.
Then Sunday I've got salsa practice, and that's always a good time to be had :) |

Hah. I never had a family reunion. It'd be cool cause there are a TON of ppl on my mother's side (she has 7 siblings)

There are large gatherings on my mom's side regularly which is like everyone in that bloodline. Just the siblings and their kids less so. But I see all my cousins on my dad's side at least once a year.

We do the big holidays with my dad's family and yeah we did christmas in july this past year but we do all try to get together.

Sounds like fun! It's easy to see my cousins around 4th of July cause my uncle runs a huge firework show in Ct.

Haha. Come on up here one Christmas. It's the best, getting a nice light snowfall on Christmas morning.....with the fireplace roaring and the tree all bright and shiny next to it.
Yeah, I had to randomly go through and grab some of the stuff I really wanted....but, yeah. I didn't get everything I wanted either. |
