haha I thought I was queen procrastinator! Of sleep that is. I've been struggling for weeks it sucks. Argh! I have days off next week I've been waiting for but of course the event is over now :(

What assignments are you doing?

i guess we all procrastinate at something :P glad you'll be getting some time off but sorry it's after the event. shucks, man

and i am in grad school, going for psychology and this is a class about proposal writing and doing the research for such things. it's a lot of work and not super duper fun reading

ugh. Sounds sucky indeed! I regret not going to.college big time. Once I get settled and a bit richer know fully intend on doing distant Learning! Did you enjoy the event??

i'm doing it online, after four years of living on a campus and a many year hiatus from schooling altogether, online seemed the best option. i'm definitely not rich and i reckon i'll be paying on loans the rest of my stupid life lol

as long as loans are possible I will do it. Work is so bad right now though I struggle for time to relax and I can't sleep so it's not the right time yet but it's on my to do list for sure! I worked all through this event grrr

has this only been a problem recently? gosh i wouldn't be able to function. i was a self diagnosed insomniac for just about a month once. it was so depressed and sad and felt stranded and dejected at the time. it was the worst sort of slump i'd ever been in. when i decided to leave (it was a very challenging and emotional living situation) i took off with everything in my car, found a hotel, after driving many hours, and had the best sleep i'd had in a long while.

never been diagnosed docs won't give Me anything cause I've only.just been brave enough to ask. I've not slept properly for years. Been with my bf a year and slept all way through in his bed maybe ten times??? Sick of it :( always end up in sofa like now grr

yikes. how does your brain even think or process? that always seemed like such a terrible thing. have you heard of hypersomnia? it's like the opposite completely

i think mine is part of anxiety but I hate admitting I have it. I dread bedtime cause I know I will struggle to sleep. It's a choir and it should be the best part of the day :/

aw man, that makes sense but i wish it didn't. what a drag. i often think about all the things i could accomplish if i didn't need sleep. i used to work overnights (for like 2 years straight) so i would often just try to stay up because i felt like my days were just wasting away but like the physical difficulties would get pretty bad. like, i'd ge really cold and start to shiver really badly, even in like summer, and that made me have the shakes and slur my speech. it's awful
