Raises for everyone

my restaurant just did a round of raises for TMs.
and yet they're still complaining about how much labor costs. and i'm just like. ugh.

at this point they're talking about reorganizing how we handle vacations and i'm just hoping i get my vacation this year

I'm going to be getting sick days and the raise, but that's it.

Texas has low cost of living. and so does Houston (compared to other big cities in texas), but the part of town we live in is one of the more expensive parts of town to live in

Definitely so. It's a nice area but it could do with being a little cheaper.

Yeah, sweet tea is definitely a thing. I've been laying off of it though and making only slightly sweet tea. The sugar is quite a lot.

It was good to you but man it was pretty sweet and I had never gotten tea in a plastic pail before I think I still have that plastic pail too
