It’s Actually something pretty random, it’s one of those lizard heads. Some of the green poked through but I covered it up with another black over the face item. It’s also what is sticking out of the back of the head that’s teal

And this coming Friday I'm doing a little Passover Seder. Nuttin crazy, but there will be matzo ball soup.

i ate an ok amount. not too full of stuffins but then it wasn't like it was specifically for the holiday, just a dinner. boiled dinners are a big thing around here. it's a spring thing, much like bean suppers are a summer thing!

Oooh what was in the boiled suppa? Taters obvi.

We had potato salad, mac salad, burgers, dogs, all the pies, corn on the cob. All American odd Easter... but ham yesterday at my place. And I might be eating a slice of cake at the moment...

ham, potatoes, rutabagas, cabbage, carrots, and beets. sprinkle some white vinegar and butter all over it and it's good to go. left overs make a good hash for the next day.

Mmmmm. The vinegar must be nice to cut through the richness. Also rutabaga! Your fav.

I love me some beets. That must color the whole thing red.

i do love the rutabagas, but then i love it all. the beets are usually cooked on the side so everything doesn't turn pink :P otherwise all the rest get cooked in one big pot

I could totally go for that meal. Nice and hearty. But still mostly veggie based.

I cooked up a tenderloin for dinner tomorrow, but we had a slice tonight with apple sauce...cause it smelled so good. Weak us.

Carrots, broccoli, beets, peas/green beans....I am not a huge fan of okra, but I have had it done really well. But when it's not done well it's slimy.

Yeah, I did an apricot sage glaze with a touch of apple cider vinegar to give it a kick.

So much food talk. Ya'll making me jealous even though I don't know if I'd like to eat half of the things being talked about. I do want me some pie though.

Any kind is good, but I prefer cream pies to fruity ones.
