I'm from Ohio so I didn't understand a single word that you just said.
:) |
So did you just insult the intelligence of every person in your state?
|
No, I just played the "I'm not intelligent" card in order to not respond to you. xD
|
Nah, I'm pretty sure you just called yourself stupid.
|
*jabs your stomach*
I'm not open to opinions right now. Await the opening of the phone lines. |
My opinions do not need permission to be voiced. We feminists have won at least that much in our fight for women's rights. *flicks your arm for jabbing her stomach*
|
You're about as feminist as much as Ohio is considered part of the south.
*pokes your arm hard, grinning* |
Oh hohoho. You obviously do not know much about me if you think I'm not a feminist. [lol]
*pokes your nose and sticks tongue out at you* |
Well I haven't known you for that long, Shorty.
*grabs your tongue, and laughs* Hehe. |
No excuse. You should know that any good, self-respecting American woman is a feminist.
*laughs at you because now your hand is covered in spit* |
Ain't nobody got time fo that.
*lets go of your tongue then smacks your ass, sticking my tongue out* |
*grumbles about the stupid live thread thing not working* I'm sorry I ignored you so long. Mene didn't tell me you replied! *whips Mene for misbehaving*
Be careful or I'm going to have to whip you for misbehaving like Mene. |
*laughs alot, staring at you*
Hahahaha... Sure... |
I was convinced I'd lost you to your video games again. [lol]
*stares back at you* Two of us can play this game. |
Nope. Today is another eventful day. My college has suspended my financial aid for fall/spring semester but I still have summer aid. I just had to write an appeal which will be reviewed by my colleges financial aid office. I basically stated what caused me to not reach the requirements and what I had to do in order to fix my mistake. I admitted to ignorance, overburdening myself, and that my semester was a mistake. I said the truth about how I felt about everything and that my spring semester destroyed my confidence concerning the classroom alongside what actually happened. At that point, it's all up to sympathy votes and hoping that my fuckup is forgivable.
It's a good thing i'm a screwup in life. I'd never learn if I wasn't. |
I'm sorry, Cole. You've done what you can for now so relax until you have to take the next step. [yes]
Sorry I wasn't around today for ya. I was out doing some birthday shopping. |
Hopefully things work out for you Cole. [hug]
Insane me has been looking into schools for Graduate School - not sure I even have the brain power for that, but one of the ones that keeps coming up on my radar is Gallaudet... just not sure I want to move all the way across the country. O.o |
Grad school for what, Cloud?
|

You'd definitely have to work with the deaf if you went ahead with an M.A. in deaf studies. I thought that you didn't really want to do that?
|
Oh no - I do want to work with the Deaf. What I don't know is what exactly I would want to do for work. [yes]
I'm a year away from my B.A. in Deaf Studies. [yes] |
I know that about your bachelor's. [yes]
Last time we talked about it you just said you didn't want to do interpreting and such and I don't really know what else you could do with that degree course. |
Interpreting isn't only one course that one can do with Deaf Studies - the program here for interpreting is just REALLY hard to get into. I don't feel like I'm fluent enough to even get into that.
Different Jobs that one can have with a degree in Deaf Studies according to a page from Gallaudet University. :) |
Yeah, I get that. The grad programs at my school are super difficult to get into, too.
|
Then I guess not worth even trying for this program then. :/
