So, I just started blogilates for beginners & my abs already feel sore (in a good way, of course). [sweat] |

I haven't tried bilogates before! (I haven't even heard of it being mentioned xDD) sounds interesting! I might try it out [eager]

She has her own youtube channel (search "blogilates) and a site with other useful information (blogilates). She's also into the "eat clean" concept, which I believe is true. [yes] Amelia: Do you usually focus on one or two areas at a time or a mix of everything? What's your favorite workout to do? Also, I hear you on that last part. xD |

That's the only weight issue I have...*pokes my little pudge* So I'm mainly just running on a treadmill or working abs. I don't necessarily have a favorite. I don't workout to build muscle, just keep slim. My coworker is a volunteer firefighter and is always trying to get me to go to the gym with her and like, really workout. She's pretty built and I'm just like....I'm good. >.> |
That's a pretty common area - mine includes the thighs ... [XP]
I see no problem with building a little muscle - even when you workout in general, you tend to gain weight in muscle ... or so I've heard. For me, I just want to look & feel better, and be a little more toned. Being built has never been a goal of mine, but everyone is different. [yes] |

Just curious - what led you to the decision? Going through the workout this morning, I loved how she transitioned from one exercise to another - also, she's quite motivating/encouraging in her videos. [yes] |

Same here - it may seem like a little, but it definitely works on strengthen your muscles (pilates in general).
I'm taking it one week at a time with intentions of sticking it out for one month, then continue from there. The detox water - with cucumbers, lemons, oranges, and mint in it? It's delicious. [heart] Though I kinda omitted the orange cause we don't have any at the moment . [XD] |

Yes, work. As usual...I actually had a day off this week, but I think my boss gave me the day off so I could help him with other stuff. D;
Oh well, I have some time before I have to go so I plan on just being lazy. xD |
