I think there's a snowy ground

You could do some sort of rocks but I doubt you'll find one that's the same color as what's around you.

I can't find any. I just need a plain white ground thing.

In the Fancy a Cuppa CI, there's white tiles.

White tiles are too neat. I've got some in Temple of Naias.

I don't know anything about ground items.
