I know every time I've tried to stay up all night instead of sleeping, I end up sleeping anyway (for 2-3 hours) and wake up late xD But you might have better luck than me. |
That happened last night. xD I passed out around five am and someone tried to call me about an hour later, and in my sleep, I ignored the call and sent an automatic text. xD |
The best thing to do is when you get tired, just go to sleep. Don't try to force yourself to stay awake for "one more level" or "one more episode" since your sleep pattern will probably go back to normal once you go to sleep tomorrow night after work. If you try to stay up, you'll only be so tired you'll probably sleep right after work, and still mess up your sleep schedule again. It's a terrible thing, sleeping >_<

I can confirm what she says is correct. There have been many times I've messed up my sleeping schedule. I either wanna keep playing my video game or stay up to chat on here. And that's messed it up majorly. Like now for instance, It's 4:30am and I'm not tired because for a couple days I've been staying up to chat on Mene or play FF14. |
The one time I stayed awake for almost 24 hours because we were waiting on a plane that would be arriving at around 5am and we only got to the airport at maybe 2am, I crashed so hard as soon as we boarded. I felt horrible and my eyes felt like they were burning. >_< |

It's been quite a while since I stayed up for 24 hours... I'll crash between 16-20 hours. Hopefully I will succeed in fixing my sleep schedule today. Since I need some sleep before work on Saturday xD
